Product Description

خط انتاج  السناكس- البفك 500 ك

يتكون من: 

  • جهاز تلقيم مادة البفك (البودرة) بنظام الحلزون مع خزان سعة /250/ ليتر.
  • جهاز تشكيل البفك (إكسترودر) مع أربع قوالب لتشكيل شكل الحبة المطلوبة مع جهاز تحكم إلكتروني للتحكم بطول الحبة وشكلها.
  • آلية نقل بالهواء لحبات البفك.
  • الخط مزود بمحمص للبفك مصنع من الستانلس ستيل بشكل أسطواني قطر /65/ طول /3.75/ سم.
  • جهاز تطعيم مصنوع من الستانلس ستيل مع جهاز بخ للمنكه طول /3500/ سم.
  • خزان عدد /2/ سعة /80/ ليتر لكل واحد مع مضخة خاصة للمنكه والزيت.
  • خزان سعة /2500/ ليتر لتخزين البفك الجاهز.
  • جميع الأجزاء التي هي بتماس مع المواد مصنوعة من الستانلس ستيل الغذائي.
  • جميع الأغلفة الخارجية للخط مصنوعة من الستانلس ستيل.
  • إنتاج الخط بثماني ساعات عمل /1200/ كغ وسطياً.

مواصفات عامة للخط: 

  • جميع أجزاء الخط مصنوعة من الستانلس ستيل الغذائي الغير قابل للصدأ، عدا الأجزاء التي لايمكن تصنيعها من الستانلس مثل (المحركات، الرولمانات، القواعد الأرضية، المضخة).
  • يتم التحكم بجميع عمليات الخط من خلال لوحة كهربائية مركزية معزولة بحيث تحتوي على جميع أوامر التشغيل والإيقاف والتحكم بسرعة كل سير على حده، والتحكم بدرجة الحرارة لسير التسخين بالإضافة إلى التحكم بقوة ضخ الهواء للتوربينات الهوائية.
  •  جميع القطع الكهربائية المركبة على الخط فرنسية الصنع من شركة شنايدر إلكتريك.
  • جميع المحركات المركبة على الخط تشيكية الصنع من شركة MEZ.
