يقوم خط فرز Smart Pack Dates and Olives بفرز المواد إلى عدة مجموعات وفقًا لحجم الحبوب ، وهو حل مناسب وعملي للغاية لفرز جميع المواد الكروية أو الكروية الشكل.
يعتبر خط فرز التمور حلاً مناسبًا وعمليًا جدًا لفرز التمور بالإضافة إلى حبيبات المواد المختلفة ذات الأشكال الكروية أو الكروية مثل الزيتون وفقًا لحجمها (القطر وليس الطول) ، وتتراوح نسبة الفرز بين 40-60٪ ، حسب شكل وطبيعة بذرة التمر.
يتميز الخط بجودته العالية حيث يضمن عملية الفرز إلى 4 أحجام مختلفة.
The work is done from fresh dates,Which is conveyed through a conveyor belt feeder to a horizontal belt equipped with lights to carry out the process of quality control and manual sorting to eliminate the invalid kernels,Then the dates are transferred to the sorting unit, which sorts them into 4 groups according to the diameter of the kernels.
