Chocolate Dates Dipping Line

A dedicated line for wrapping dates with chocolate made entirely of stainless steel and of the quality 304 The line consists of two units, the first for dipping and the other for cooling the dates after wrapping them in chocolate The line has an integrated main control panel for the two units with a separate control panel for the immersion unit to determine the conveyor speed.

Cupboard lift liquid chocolate.
Chocolate liquid transfer device.
A device for distributing and pouring chocolate liquid on dates.
Heat radiators.
Digital indicator to determine the temperature of chocolate.

A non-stick conveyor belt to transfer the chocolate-coated dates to the refrigeration unit.
Refrigeration unit equipped with a strong air conditioner (18000 PTU) and a non-stick conveyor belt.
Production capacity: 200 kg / 1 hour.
Machine dimensions: Height 100 cm - Length 775 cm - Width 90 cm.
