آلة فرز حجم التمور

يفرز خط فرز Smart Pack للتمور والبقوليات والزيتون المواد إلى عدة مجموعات وفقًا لحجم الحبوب ، وهو حل مناسب وعملي للغاية لفرز جميع المواد الكروية أو الكروية الشكل.

يعتبر خط فرز التمور حلاً مناسبًا وعمليًا جدًا لفرز التمور بالإضافة إلى الحبوب المختلفة ذات الأشكال الكروية أو الكروية مثل الزيتون وفقًا لحجمها (القطر وليس الطول) ، وتتراوح نسبة الفرز بين 40-60٪ ، اعتمادًا على شكل وطبيعة بذرة التمر.

يتميز الخط بجودته العالية حيث يضمن عملية الفرز إلى 4 أحجام مختلفة.

يتم العمل من التمور الطازجة ،

والتي يتم نقلها من خلال مغذي سير ناقل إلى حزام أفقي مزود بأضواء للقيام بعملية مراقبة الجودة والفرز اليدوي للقضاء على النوى غير الصالحة ، ثم يتم نقل التمور إلى وحدة الفرز التي تقوم بفرزها إلى 4 مجموعات حسب قطر الحبوب.

المواصفات الفنية:

  1. الجسم: مصنوع من الستانلس ستيل الغذائي عيار 304.

  2. المواصفات الكهربائية: 3 مراحل - 380 فولت - 50 - 6 هرتز.

  3. الأجزاء الميكانيكية: مصنوعة من الستانلس ستيل الغذائي 304 ، 95٪ فقط من المحركات. بعض الأجزاء الميكانيكية مصنوعة من الألومنيوم والصلب والنحاس.
