Steel soap production line
Production capacity 600 kg per hour
Mixer capacity of 200 kg equipped with a motor of 10 kw.
Homogenization cylinders: 80 cm long, 22 cm in diameter, equipped with a 10 kw motor and two Korean filters to control the rotational speed

Chopping bucket, snail diameter 20 cm, helix length 100 cm, equipped with a 14 kw motor and equipped with two Korean filters to control
Duplex vacuum loader two stages, the first stage for chopping soap noodles equipped with a 15 kw motor, the second stage for shaping the bar equipped with a 20 kw motor
The line is equipped with 4 auxiliary conveyor belts to transport the soap from among the parts of the production line during the soap manufacturing stages.
Soap molds are equipped with a chiller to cool the pressing area, in order to obtain smooth soaps free of impurities.
All metals in contact with the soap are made of stainless steel 304.
The production line works on 380 v . electricity
